Power-Of-Attorney


Yellow Ball Powers-of-attorney must be:
  • drawn by a Public Notary;
  • duly authenticated by a Public Notary;

  • authenticated by a Brazilian Consulate.

If not in Portuguese, powers-of-attorney will require, in order to be legally enforced, to be translated in Brazil by an official translator ("tradutor juramentado").

Brazilian nationals and foreigners holding a valid RNE (Registro Nacional de Estrangeiros) are elegible to apply for a public power-of-attorney drawn by the Consulate.
