HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ON-LINE
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS - BEFORE YOU START
It is mandatory to bring (or send by a proxy) the Protocol form, along with applicable documentation, to the Consulate in order to receive a Brazilian Visa.
You may only schedule an appointment after you have completed an online application.
Just after you fill out the visa application/protocol form electronically, you will be given a Protocol number and you will also be asked to print out the form.
A maximum of 2 visa applications are allowed per time scheduled, so, one single protocol number can be used to schedule an appointment for up to 2 applicants (i.e. husband and wife). If your family/party is bigger, please schedule appointments accordingly, in multiples of 2, even if the other 2 people are children. This is important to keep up with the schedule because appointments slots are of 5 minutes only.
You may not book appointments more than 30 days in advance.

After you fill out all the fields, you will be redirected to the beginning page. It is not an error. Just go ahead and fill out the two fields you've just set up:
On the next window, click on "Create an appointment"
You will be sent to another page where there is a calendar with some green or red squares. The squares in red are already fully-booked days. You can only pick the dates in green.
Please note that you will NOT receive an email confirming your appointment. Just note down the information.
APPOINTMENT SITE "BUG"
We've noted a little "bug" on our appointment engine:
After you fill out the form you are redirected to the first page, without any further comment (as, for
example, "registration successful").
Please just go ahead and fill out the blanks with your protocol number and the password you've just created
and it will work.
